In this final session, we’ll explore how to bring your highest self into each connection, creating deeper, more fulfilling relationships. You’ll learn to set boundaries with love, stay centered, and nurture inner peace.

As an Internal Family Systems therapist, mediator, attorney, author, teacher, and spiritual coach— mentored by Richard Schwartz, Deepak Chopra and davidji— I help individuals and couples reconnect with their highest selves, finding relief, forgiveness, and healing in their relationships.
